Question : Do we only take orders in Canada or are we a Canadian only store?
Answer : NO, absolutely not. We have very happy customers from all over the world. From the United States to the UK, from Brazil to Canada and everywhere in between. We have just as many American customers as we do Canadian.
Question : Is shipping really free?
Answer : YES. We ship all orders free via standard shipping. Customs and/or duties costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Question : When will my discount be applied?
Answer : Your discount will be applied during checkout. You will be able to see your order total after the discount is applied.
Question : Is our checkout process secure?
Answer : YES. We use only the latest and most secure payment platforms and payment processors. You have a choice of using all major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Interac. This information you provide during checkout will only be used to fulfill your order.
Question : Can we pick up our order?
Answer : No I'm sorry, but we're an online retailer. We use MANY different suppliers around the world, which allows us to carry only the highest quality products at affordable prices. We source the products and have the suppliers ship direct to you/the customer. This allows us to keep our prices competitive and allows us to provide free shipping.
Question : What happens after I place my order?
Answer : You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging your order. You will then receive an email telling you that your order is being processed. In that email, you will also be notified that your order will be tracked from processing at the factory, to delivery to your address. In between processing and delivery, you will probably receive at least one email advising you of how close your order is to delivery. We will try and let you know as far ahead of time as we can, as to when your order is out for delivery, however this is somewhat reliant on the delivery companies tracking info. We know our customers are busy, so you will not need to track your order, WE WILL take care of that for you.
